Please read these terms carefully before booking your tour with Vala Adventure. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking & Payment
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour start date.
- If you book a tour within 30 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via secure online link (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by you:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 5% admin fee.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Changes to your booking:
- You may request changes to dates, group size, or add-ons up to 21 days before departure, subject to availability.
Cancellation by Vala Adventure:
In rare cases of weather-related or safety concerns, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. You will be offered a suitable alternative or full refund for unused services.

Each tour includes:
- Private local guide and driver
- Transportation, fuel, tolls
- Accommodation with breakfast
- Custom itinerary
- 24/7 in-trip support
- Airport pickup and drop-off
- Please refer to your specific tour page or booking confirmation for a full breakdown of inclusions.
Unless stated otherwise, tours do not include:
- International flights
- Travel insurance (required)
- Lunches, dinners, or snacks
- Optional add-on experiences
- Gratuities for your guide (optional, appreciated)
Responsibility & Travel Insurance
All guests must have valid travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, personal belongings, and medical emergencies. Vala Adventure is not responsible for losses or costs due to flight changes, illness, or unforeseen events.
Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, all travel involves risk. Vala Adventure is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by acts of nature, third-party suppliers, or other events beyond our control.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information you provide will only be used for booking purposes and trip communication.
